About Our Used Motorcycle & Powersport Parts
Motorcycletech LLC, also known as Mototech 271 is a Motorcycle Parts E-Store started by Gerald Scott, Niko Lorenzen, and Brett Thornton in 2013.
We are a top-rated seller on eBay, operate our own E-Store at Mototech271.com, and we have customers in almost every country on the globe. We have parts and assemblies from motorcycles and powersports vehicles of all types, from Harley Davidson, Suzuki, MV Agusta to Can-Am, Polaris to Skidoo and Arctic Cat and a lot more. All parts are listed and categorized on our website.
We, with our hardworking team of mechanics, logistical operators, and IT Support professionals, aim to bring quality Motorcycle, Side By Side, ATV, UTV, Jetski and Snowmobile parts to hobbyists, enthusiasts, and motor-fanatics all over the globe.
We appreciate the business of all of our customers, and we aim to provide the highest quality of service we can. If something isnât right, we can make it right!
Ordering and Shipping Information
All prices listed on our site are set and are non-negotiable. These prices are chosen at fair market value by our in-house appraisal staff and factor in the condition of the item, the current market value of similar parts or assemblies, and other factors that allow us to arrive at a fair and competitive price.
If you decide to return your item for any reason other than the part being damaged in transit or the part itself being faulty, you will be responsible for paying return shipping on the item in order to receive your refund.
All parts are shipped the next business day after purchase, and we are proud to offer world wide shipping of most our items.
For domestic shipping up to 70LBS we use FEDEX, UPS and USPS. Engines and frames are send out via one of multiple freight companies. Business addresses with fork lifts or loading docks are preferred.
For international shipping up to 70LBS we use USPS international, FEDEXÂ and UPS and UPS SCS for the engines and frames.
We ship frames and engines for a flat rate charge of $190 USD within the lower 48 States of America and a $500 USD charge to many international countries.
All other shipments are calculated by weight and size. The system does combine shipping automatically. In the event of an overcharge, we will refund the overpaid shipping cost after sending out the parcel.
FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyerâs responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase decision.
Frames and engines will be shipped via air freight.
Returns and Warranties
Mototech offers a 60-day return policy for products purchased that do not work as stated or were damaged in transit, or if you change your mind about the part.
If you decide to return your item for any reason other than the part being damaged in transit or the part itself being faulty, you will be responsible for paying return shipping on the item in order to receive your refund.
Refunds will be issued when the part has been received back to us.
Any part that has been tampered with or disassembled, which can be discerned easily by comparison to multiple high-definition images that were taken prior to shipment, are ineligible for a refund.

Recently ordered online and want to organize a pickup? Please indicate this in your contact email and we will put you in touch with our warehouse manager so that you can schedule a pickup time.
Pickup times are restricted to business hours only, which are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM.
