About Us - Used Motorcycle & Powersport Parts
Motorcycletech LLC (also known as Mototech 271) is a motorcycle items e-store. Gerald Scott, Niko Lorenzen, and Brett Thornton started it in 2013.
Top-rated on eBay and operating our own shop at Mototech271.com, we serve customers in nearly every country worldwide.
Our inventory covers products and assemblies from countless motorcycles and powersports vehicles—Harley Davidson, Suzuki, MV Agusta, Can-Am, Polaris, Skidoo, Arctic Cat, and beyond. Everything appears neatly categorized on the website.
Our team of skilled mechanics, logistics experts, and IT professionals works hard. We aim to deliver quality spares for motorcycles, side-by-sides, ATVs, UTVs, jetskis, and snowmobiles. We serve hobbyists, enthusiasts, and fans worldwide.

Ordering and Shipping Information
All prices on our site are fixed. They are non-negotiable. Our appraisal team sets them at fair market value. They consider item condition, current market prices for similar products, and other factors.
If you return an item (for reasons other than transit damage or a fault), you pay return shipping to get your refund.
We ship most orders the next business day. We offer worldwide shipping on many items.
For domestic shipments up to 70 lbs, we use FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Engines and frames go via freight carriers. Business addresses with forklifts or docks work best.
For international shipments up to 70 lbs, we use USPS International, FedEx, or UPS. Engines and frames ship via UPS SCS or similar.
We charge a flat $190 USD for frames and engines to the lower 48 states. Many international destinations cost $500 USD flat.
All other shipping costs depend on weight and size. Our system combines items automatically. If we overcharge, we refund the extra after shipping.
FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
For International Buyers Import duties, taxes, and fees are not in the item price or shipping cost. You are responsible for them. Check with your local customs office before buying.
Frames and engines ship by air freight.
Returns
We offer a 60-day return policy. This covers items that do not work as described, arrive damaged in transit, or if you simply change your mind.
If you return for reasons other than damage or fault, you pay return shipping.
Refunds process once we receive the part back.
Any item that shows tampering or disassembly (compared to our high-definition pre-shipment photos) is not eligible for refund.

Pickups are available Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (business hours only).
