Free Gift TOS

The current free gift promotion is a Hat for qualifying purchases of $250.00 USD or more.

All orders placed with a qualifying value of $250.00 USD or more (Before discounts & other allowances) will be eligible to receive the appropriate free gift (whilst stocks last, 1 per order).

The gift will be shipped with your order and will be included with your purchase by our fulfilment team. You do not have to pay additional shipping for the gift, and its presence does not contribute to any shipping charge you pay.

All free gifts are subject to availability, non-returnable, and there are no cash alternatives or any other gift. We will not replace gifts that are damaged in transit or by the user, and as such the gifts are NOT covered under our 60 day warranty policy. If you purchased the gift normally, it is covered under the warranty as normal. The non-coverage only applies to the free gift associated with this promotion.

If you do not wish for your free gift to be included with your purchase, please indicate as such in the comments section of your order or by contacting us so that we know you do not want us to include it with your shipment. If you want to send your free gift back after you have already received it, you will need to pay return shipping on the item for which you will not be reimbursed.

If you believe we missed your order's qualification for a free gift in error, please contact us immediately and we will review the matter promptly.
